There is a strict NO SMOKING rule inside the Cabin and on the porch. Failure to
follow this rule will result in a minimum charge of $350 and loss of future booking
privileges. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio area ONLY. All cigarette
butts must be disposed of in the provided receptacle.
We do have a no pet policy. Legitimate service animals are always welcome.
Our property is “use at your own risk”. Floors, steps, bathtubs, driveways and
walkways may be slippery. Walkways, bridges, steps, etc. may have uneven
surfaces and pose a risk of falling. We are unable to control issues brought on by
storms, power outages, and the like. You are staying and using everything at your
We have a one-week (7 day) cancellation policy. This must be done by phone.
Cancellations made prior to the 7 days will receive a full deposit refund, minus a
$25 cancellation fee. Any cancellations or changes made less than 7 days before
your check-in date will result in the full price charge.
In the rare event that we would need to cancel your booking with us, please be
aware that we cannot be held accountable for situations out of our control and
that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment you have already
